Do NOT SHOP HERE..THEY are no longer…
Do NOT SHOP HERE..THEY are no longer reliable..Their technology and customer service is non existent.!! I ordered product for my dog on Sept 5th and the order was" pended for days"claiming" my Vet never responded to their prescription request.!!?That day my vet received many faxes and e-mails.. theirs WAS NOT ONE OF THEM.!!.the problem was on their end. Furthermore your cannot speak to a live representative. This company's reliability has declined.. DO NOT ENTRUST THE WELL BEING OF YOUR PET WITH THEM..!!!! It is worth your peace of mind to pay a little more..
Very slow shipping and poor customer service
Despite having a valid RX with ample refills, my order was delayed for 2 weeks while my Veterinarian's office was contacted. Which means that my dog went without her medicine for 2 weeks. Customer Service seemed very unconcerned. I cancelled my autoship and will return to Allivet. You should try to do better as a company.

I spent 52 dollars and after fedex damaged it the first time they sent me a second that was also opened. I have emailed and called with no reply. I am not happy and am going to do what I have to do like get a lawyer to get my money back. Some of us are on a budget and dont waste money had i known this would happen i never would of ordered here

Horrible horrible service…
They took my money immediately and after 3 weeks, I still don't have the medication for my pets. The customer service people are belligerent and unhelpful. They just don't seem to care. I write this review in tears because the customer service person called me a liar. Even though my vet responded and I have called multiple times and so has the vet's office, I can't seem to get the script done in order to satisfy them. I really have never had any issues like this before with other companies. If you want verbal abuse and no cooperation whatsoever, Entirely Pets Pharmacy is the place to go.

Never received product bought over internet. It is still listed as having it when googled. Sent 3 emails and 2 phone calls: left message and they to call back. ZERO. They did manage to charge my credit card. I uncharged it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ORIGINALLY ORDERED MAY 26, AND STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER! I CONTACTED THEM AND TOLD THEM AND THEY CLAIMED THEY RESENT IT, AND THEY CLAIMED THEY PRIORITY SHIPPED IT... GUESS WHAT? STILL DON'T HAVE IT. TRACKING ISN'T UPDATING, I CALLED THEM AND LEFT THEM A MESSAGE, THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. SO I CALLED AGAIN TODAY, EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO THE REP WHO TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER BUT IT'S NOT GOING TO BE GOOD WHEN I DO GET IT BC ITS SUPPOSED TO BE SHIPPED ON ICE! SO SHE PUT ME ON THE PHONE WITH THE MANAGER WHO NEEDLESS TO SAY WAS ANYTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. HE REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME OUT BC HE'S LOSING MONEY ON THE PRODUCTS I'M NOT GETTING. TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAULT THAT I DIDN'T GET IT THE FIRST PLACE BC I ACCIDENTALLY AUTO FILLED THE WRONG CITY IN. EVEN THOUGH I OPENLY ADMITTED IT WAS MY FAULT THAT I AUTO FILLED THE CITY IN. CONTINUED TO REMIND ME THAT IT WAS MY FAULT, THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THEY NEVER SHOULD'VE RESENT ANOTHER PRODUCT OUT TO ME. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE CONVERSATION ENDED AFTER THAT. BY FAR, THE WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. I WILL BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK FOR A PRODUCT I NEVER RECEIVED AND ORDERED IN MAY! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

No promised call back, no responses to emails. No return call from message left on answering machine. Will not buy from again.

They sent me an order that was wrong and charged me for their mistake. The credit card company put them in their place and erased the charges! I would never trust them again!
Stay away from this company.
I ordered medicine for my dog, they sent it to me with an expired expiration date. I sent an email to ask what they are sending with the expiration date, no one answered me, nothing happened, you can't contact them. It's a great shame for one company.

Best Prices, Helpful Customer Service, Fast
WOW I'm so happy with my recent $1300 order here stocking up my dog pack on their annual meds (Interceptor and Bravecto). Shaun B took my order over the phone and made it much easier, faster, and I got a great deal! Thank you so much for your kind, fast, courteous customer service! Great company with capable and kind people working here, and this is my 3rd year ordering from them and the product is trustworthy and legit. Also, Shaun B knew my dog's name was Samoan- smart guy and a pleasant experience ordering from him this Saturday! Thank you!

Is EntirelyPetsPharmacy a scam or a legit company?
A:
They do things that make them seem sketchy like not responding to customer service emails and not informing you of backorders, but they eventually shipped my stuff. I wouldn't use them though. Pay more and get your meds in a timely fashion if you need them on a schedule.

For the meds I urgently needed, the were cheaper, but the shipping times for expedited shipping were off and it took three weeks to get urgently needed meds. If you need meds pharmacy style, go elsewhere, otherwise this is just a big box store fulfilling orders. I
